Having worked in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years, Big Lou brings a vast knowledge in training techniques that will enhance your lifestyle.

A student of Exercise Physiology and Health Science from Ithaca College, sessions are always led with the needs of the client in mind and seeks to help them find how hard they want to push their training, rather than forcing an impossible plan on them.

Services

Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training catered to you fitness goals with an overall HIIT (high intensity interval training) focus. Workouts can be 30 or 60 Minutes in length and can be held either at a Gym location, your home or outdoors.

Group Training

Group sessions utilize teammates to motivate you with friendly competition and full body intense (but scalable) workouts. Group fitness training include the same benefits as personal 1:1 training without the high costs.

Outdoor Training

Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers a persons blood pressure and heart rate. As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance. Outdoor training sessions can be 1:1 or in a group setting.
